Ready-to-deploy 16-week curriculum, L1-L4 certified instructors, and regular progress reports for school stakeholders.

WHY xKYRO

Three reasons schools choose us

Ready-to-deploy curriculum

20+ validated programs for Band A (Elementary 3-6), Band B (Middle 7-9), Band C (High School 10-12). Flexible: weekly Ekskul (after-school) or Intrakurikuler — the KKA elective subject, integrated into the national curriculum.

Certified instructors

L1-L4 team that completed 14-day onboarding plus technical capability certification (mBot Makeblock, Arduino, Python, foundational AI). No re-training required for school teachers.

Regular progress reports

Composite score (Process / Product / Pitch) per student per session. Parent + school dashboards auto-update. Semester PDF report for curriculum archives.

KKA IMPLEMENTATION

Your KKA Implementation Partner

Coding & Artificial Intelligence (KKA) is now an official elective subject (Ministerial Reg. 13/2025). We help schools start it without burdening teachers or buying equipment.

Regulatory green light

Ministerial Reg. 13/2025 allows KKA to start through extracurriculars first — the route recommended by the Ministry.

No teacher or equipment burden

We provide certified instructors plus hardware. The school just runs it — no need to train teachers or buy equipment first.

Proof, not theory

Our hands-on robotics method meets the KKA learning outcomes — children build, not just watch.

Start Unplugged (no devices) — KKA-approved — then move up to Plugged, then Robotics. Schools with limited infrastructure can still start right away.

HOW IT WORKS

From first consultation to semester report

1

Initial consultation

30-minute discussion: target year levels, student capacity, available schedule, program type (Ekskul vs Intrakurikuler vs hybrid). No commitment.

2

Draft MoU

Co-author MoU over 1-2 weeks: contract duration, program type, student count, fee structure (school-funded, parent-funded, or split).

3

Class setup

Set up curriculum on the xKyro platform, train instructors for the school venue, hardware checklist (mBot kits, minimum laptop specs). 2-3 weeks.

4

Delivery + reporting

Regular sessions on the school schedule, composite score per session, monthly report to school stakeholders, semester review meeting together.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What schools often ask

How much does the program cost?
Flexible fee structure. Example: IDR 100–150K/session for Ekskul (the final figure depends on the partnership scheme). Intrakurikuler/bulk negotiable; can be fully school-funded, fully parent-funded, or split.
Do you provide hardware (mBot, Arduino)?
Available as rental (monthly rate) or purchase (school owns). xKyro helps with procurement plus initial setup. For Intrakurikuler integration, schools typically invest in their own kit-set so it spans multiple semesters.
What is the minimum student count per class?
Minimum 8 students for Ekskul, 10 for Intrakurikuler. Maximum 15 per class to keep the instructor-to-student ratio optimal (1:8 for Band A, 1:12 for Band B/C).
Can we start with just a one-semester pilot?
Yes. Pilot MoU 16-20 weeks, joint evaluation at semester end, then continue or stop with no penalty. For 2026 we are opening up to 5 pilot school partners.
Are there certificates for students?
Yes — semester program completion certificate (Band A/B/C) with composite score breakdown (Process / Product / Pitch). PDF format, digitally signed, valid for student portfolios.
How is the schedule synced with the school calendar?
Calendar integration via the xKyro platform. School sets holiday + exam-week + special-event calendar; the system auto-skips and shifts session schedules. No conflict with mid-term / final exams / class meetings.
Do school teachers need to be involved?
Not required. For Intrakurikuler, a classroom teacher can optionally join as a co-instructor via xKyro's same instructor onboarding (14 days, L0–L4 ladder) — the school continues to pay the teacher. For Ekskul, xKyro instructors handle everything. What matters: a school coordinator as the single point of contact for admin + scheduling.
What is the difference between Ekskul and Intrakurikuler?
Ekskul: outside regular class hours, around 90 minutes/week, focus on exploration + open projects. Intrakurikuler: integrated into subject lessons (Math, Science, Informatics), around 45 minutes within regular slots, supports national curriculum outcomes + recorded on the report card.
Does this program fulfil KKA?
Yes. Our programs are mapped to the six KKA learning-outcome elements (Computational Thinking, Digital Literacy, AI Literacy & Ethics, AI Application & Development, Programming Algorithms, Data Analysis) by Phase. Robotics is our method to reach those outcomes hands-on — not a replacement for any KKA element.
