Not a stamp-and-go internship. Students enter as L0 trainees, complete 14-day onboarding, then teach real classes as Assistant (L1) and later Lead (L2-L4) with per-role hourly rates. Real portfolio plus rate progression.
Industry internship program that produces certified instructors. Students level up via onboarding plus a capability ladder; the campus gets complete progress data.

Explicit + measurable levels: L0 (trainee) → L1 (assistant) → L2 (lead, Band A) → L3 (lead, Band B/C) → L4 (senior, all bands + multi-channel). Campus dashboard tracks every student in real time.
Campus + xKyro co-design modules for relevant courses (Informatics, Computer Education, Robotics, Computer Systems). Students can claim credit transfer + thesis topics from real-world cases.
Co-author internship MoU over 2-3 weeks: student count, duration (1-2 semesters), target majors (Informatics, STEM Education, Computer Systems, etc), credit transfer scope.
Trainees onboard via a 14-task checklist (technical + soft skills). Pass → promoted to L0 → eligible as Assistant on Band-A classes. Fail → mentoring + retry slot.
Start as L1 Assistant on real classes (first 1-2 classes). After X sessions + good assessments, promote to L2 Lead for Band A. Hourly rate increases. L3 for Band B/C, L4 senior multi-channel.
End of internship: portfolio (sessions taught, students served, composite scores graded, level achieved). L0-L4 certificate from xKyro + formal report to campus. Optional: continued recruitment.
